Do I need antivirus on Windows?
Most people do not need to buy antivirus. Windows Security (Microsoft Defender) is built into Windows, on by default, free, and scores at the top of independent lab tests. Add Malwarebytes Free for a second-opinion scan if something seems wrong. Avoid free antivirus that pushes upsells or was caught selling browsing data.
