What is the best free document scanner app?
The best free document scanner is already on your phone. On iPhone, open Notes, tap the camera and choose Scan Documents. On Android, the Google Drive app has a Scan button. Both straighten pages, clean them up and save a PDF with no watermark. Adobe Scan is a good free extra with text recognition.
